De zeer prachtige vrijstaande villa is te huur vanaf mei tot september of zelfs al te koop voor slechts 110.000 euro (degene voorwie het huis bedoelt was is overleden).

Geld lenen in Bugarije is makkelijker dan in Nederland.

We hebben bijgebouwd en hebben het goed ingericht. Veel grond en een hek (prive terrein). Perfect om een zwembad te plaatsen.

De villa is zeer geschikt voor wonen op een goede locatie of er vaak vakantie willen houden.

Heeft u interesse om hem te kopen ipv huren dan adviseren wij om het eerst te huren er een keertje op vakantie ernaar toe gaan. Vol is vol, weg is weg!

Nabij de zee, Balchik maar wel apart gelegen met veel grond en landschap (geen huizen ervoor).
